We first began to entertain the thought of building a new home last summer. From the moment
we stepped through the door of one of Sterling's beautiful spec homes, we knew that we had
found the plan for us. Cheryl, our Area Manager, expertly and patiently answered all of our
questions and provided us with her very thorough knowledge of the processes that Sterling
builds by. We were easily able to make the changes we wanted to our house plan, and when we
signed our contract, we knew exactly what was going to be happening, and what we would need
to do to get our home built.

When my wife Kerri and I decided to make a move to a new home, we had a number of choices
when it came to home builders in the Evanston area. Initially we had chosen one of your
competitors and put a deposit down on a lot that we had liked. Aer discussing house plans
with the sales staff at their show home, we realized we were making a mistake. It became very
clear that your competitor was not concerned about customer satisfaction and that his interest
lied solely in his sale numbers. So we collected our deposit and walked next door to your show
home and met Sterling's Area Manager, Steve.

Dear Sterling Homes,

We would like to give some details regarding our recent home purchase from Sterling Homes. We wanted to move into one of the newer communities, and remain in the southwest, we decided to visit the community of Silverado. We visited the showhome in Silverado and met the Area Manager there. He spent a lot of time going through what was involved in purchasing a spec home, what was included in the model, as well as what amenities were within the community and how close the LRT and bus routes were. Our overall experience building our home with Sterling went very well for us and we are happy with the level of service we received. It is our hope that this level of service will continue and we are looking forward to moving into our new house very soon!
